Service Description

Reiki is a light-touch relaxation modality designed to support nervous system regulation and overall balance. Unlike massage therapy, Reiki does not involve muscle manipulation or applied pressure. Sessions are performed fully clothed in a quiet, professional setting, with hands placed lightly on or just above the body. This approach allows the body to rest without external stimulation, creating conditions that support natural regulation and recovery. Many clients report experiencing deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of steady calm following a session. Reiki sessions are available in 45-minute and 60-minute formats. A minimum of 45 minutes is recommended to allow adequate time for the body to settle and respond to the work. Sessions are provided by Reiki Master Practitioners trained directly under Pauline, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the standards of Therapeutic Bodywork. Reiki may be appropriate for individuals who: • Prefer lighter, non-manipulative work • Experience stress-related tension • Are navigating periods of transition • Want to complement massage or Craniosacral Therapy Reiki can also be paired with Craniosacral Therapy. While Craniosacral focuses on subtle structural and neurological rhythms, Reiki supports overall systemic relaxation. Together, they offer a layered, non-invasive approach to nervous system support.
