Therapeutic Massage and Reiki Alignment is a 90min integrated wellness session designed to support both muscular recovery and your body's energetic system within one coordinated visit. Your session begins with Dionna who will provide 60minutes of customized therapeutic massage tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are experiencing chronic tension, postural strain, stress-related tightness or general muscular fatigue, the massage portion is structured to address areas of restriction while improving circulation and mobility. Techniques may include deep tissue work, focused tension relief or relaxation based massage with heat - all of which depending on your goals for the session. Following the massage, your experience transitions seamlessly into the final 30 minutes with our Certified Reiki Therapist - Kim, bringing a background in licensed patient care to her Reiki sessions., and or Whitney, bringing experience in mental health and substance support services to her Reiki session. This portion is gentle, non-invasive and deeply calming. It supports the body's natural relaxation response and allows your system to settle after structural work. Massage works directly with the tisues-muscles, and fascia. Reiki supports the regulatory systems of the body encouraging a shift from stress response into restorative balance. When combined in this order, the body opens first through therapeutic touch and then integrates through quiet alignment. This session is especially supportive for individuals who: .
